Refund policy

RETURNS

Returns are allowed up to 14 days of delivery. Simply pop an email across to darwinandgray@gmail.com to let me know what you'd like to return, we will provide you with our information. Once confirmed, package your item back up securely (ideally in our original packaging).

Please be sure to retain proof of postage.

Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the return, in a saleable condition, and can be expected to be returned to you in up to 7 working days.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order at any time from the moment of purchase, to up to 14 days after. If your order has not yet been dispatched, your refund will be processed in-full, as soon as possible. Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-9 working days.

If you receive your item and find it is not to your taste or simply want to cancel, pop an email over to darwinandgray@gmail.com to let us know what you would like to send back. Please wrap it up securely (in its original packaging). We'll provide our details for the return.
